Discovery Channel’s Shark Week, the highly anticipated annual programming event, is set to make its return this summer. Host John Cena will guide viewers the new programming and preview each night’s top moments alongside interviews with fan favorite shark experts. Thrilling encounters with apex predators, epic deep-sea expeditions are just a few of the extraordinary stories that will emerge during Shark Week, beginning Monday, July 15th at 22:50 pm.
“I usually do Shark Week from my couch – with lots of snacks, but this year I’m beyond excited to host the week dedicated to the endlessly fascinating, action heroes of the Ocean,” said John Cena. “It’s a wild week of shocking new footage, new discoveries, and lots and lots of teeth.”
The highly anticipated annual week-long celebration of sharks will include the next chapter of the hit show Jaws vs Leviathan, that offers a terrifying and fascinating real look at the rivalry between the orcas and sharks; Alien Sharks: Ghost of Japan, that follows the endangered Angel Sharks in Japan’s seas and Great White Serial Killer: Sea of Blood, that investigates a massive shark who decapitates its victim and terrorizes a local village.
Viewers can watch Shark Week content on Discovery Channel on OSNtv channel no. 50, BeIN channel no. 201, Jawwy TV channel no. 205 and stream it on discovery+ via STC TV/JawwyTV. There will also be a dedicated pop-up channel on OSNtv, ‘Discovery Shark Week’ all starting Monday, July 15th.
