Juffali Automotive Company (JACO), the exclusive general distributor of Mercedes-Benz in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, launched a new digital campaign to help improve driving standards and road safety in the Kingdom.
The campaign, which aligns with the Kingdom’s National Transformation Programme (NTP) to reduce the number of road traffic fatalities to less than 10 per cent by 2030, featured eye-catching creative visuals and practical counsel from road safety experts on safe driving techniques. It also featured interactive content demonstrating how Mercedes-Benz’s innovative driving assistance systems offer drivers and passengers a high level of safety and comfort.
Commenting on the campaign, Basim Wali, Director of Marketing and Development at Juffali Automotive Company, said: “Safety is and will continue to be a core brand value of Mercedes-Benz. Through the #SafetyForAll digital campaign, we aimed to educate our customers and drivers in the Kingdom on the importance of driving safely and systems that can help them avoid or safely manage critical situations on the road to protect vehicle occupants and other road users. And we’re pleased that it has been a huge success across digital channels.”
The #SafetyForAll campaign launch coincides with the 25th anniversary of the ESP electronic balance system and the launch of the Mercedes-Benz PRESAFE® system, which works to prepare and protect passengers in an accident before it happens.
The Mercedes-Benz PRESAFE® system can sense when a collision is unavoidable thanks to sensors placed throughout the vehicle, which function with other safety systems.
