Home-grown independent music label GXR Records, owned by transmedia giant Galaxy Racer in partnership with EMPIRE Records, have just dropped a new track and music video called Aleik Aleik by Iraqi singer and songwriter Saif Nabeel, featuring Moroccan pop star Douzi.
Aleik Aleik, marks Saif and Douzi’s first ever music collaboration. Based on a love song the single has elements of folklore and draws from Moroccan and Iraqi traditions. Lyrics are written by Samir El Moujari , composed by Saif Nabeel, produced by Omar Sabbagh and the video is directed by Ahmad Al Monajed. Releasing today across the globe, Aleik Aleik will be available on all streaming platforms.

GXR Records, who has produced the track and music video, is making its debut in the realm of commercial Arabic music with this release. Additionally, the recent opening of the GXR US office will enable them to concentrate on achieving their primary objective of connecting talent from MENA with international artists, further promoting regional artists on a worldwide scale.
