The United Motor Company has launched the official agent in the Kingdom for American brands Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Italian brands Fiat and Alfa Romeo via the company’s official website “www.umc.com.sa”, as part of its development policy and digital expansion in all cities of the Kingdom.
A launch ceremony was held at the headquarters of the United Motor Company in Riyadh, in the presence of His Excellency Deputy Chief Executive Professor Hassan bin Mohamed Al-Shehrani, some officials, United Motor Vehicles, the marketing team, and some media, public press, and automotive professionals taking into account the application of precautionary measures, the new virtual lounge will give customers many services, the most prominent of which are:
1. The possibility of buying the car, paying the full amount, and finishing all proceedings on the official website
2. Easy and smooth access to both computers and smart devices
3. The replacement of a vehicle used by the United Motor Company (UMC) could not exceed 5 years of age.
4. Watch and see the details of all the new cars.
5. Booking new cars fast and easy.
6. Communication with the Customer Service Center and the company’s technical support through direct conversation through the WhatsApp app.
7. The ease with which post-sale services are booked from maintenance, the plumbing, and painting section and spare parts.
8. Booking driving experience dates for new cars
The company also provides each customer on the website with some free services, such as thermometric shading or nanotechnology paint protection, which are free if the new car is purchased through the website.
These steps are in line with the policy of the United States Motor Company to give the best services to its generous customers to encourage and support them to keep pace with the evolution and digital transformation by Saudi vision 2030.
