Paradiso, the picturesque Mediterranean hotspot on Abu Dhabi’s gorgeous Yas Bay, invites guests to celebrate the season of love by indulging in a bespoke Valentine’s Day menu.

A collaborative project between Nicole Rubi, the famous chef and founder of LPM Restaurant and Bar, and Pierre Gagnaire, the iconic Michelin-star chef behind Fouquet’s Paris and Abu Dhabi, Paradiso Abu Dhabi is renowned as one of the most romantic and picturesque venues in the city.

Boasting a stunning waterfront terrace, located just steps from the sparkling waters of the Arabian Gulf, and an intimate, beautifully adorned dining room, every dish on the amorous Valentine’s Day menu is inspired by the laid-back lifestyle of the sun-kissed French Riviera.

While the enchanting DJ tunes set the mood for romance, couples are welcomed with a sparkling glass of Prosecco or a bespoke mocktail, and treated to an array of classic French and Italian specialties, all served with a creative and contemporary touch.

The unforgettable journey begins with an elegant starter of homemade gnocchi with black truffle, parmesan cream and castel franco radicchio, before the sumptuous main course of shellfish caccuccio with aromatic squid ink rice presents a magnificent fusion of flavours, colours and textures.

Finally, Hugo Sipp, Barriere Group Abu Dhabi Executive Pastry Chef, ensures that every romantic meal ends on a blissfully sweet note. His special Valentine’s Day take on a traditional Italian Tiramisu comes complete with light and fruity grapefruit marmalade rose, and tangy orange sorbet.

Elevated with awe-inspiring panoramic views and exceptional service, there’s nowhere more impressive to treat your better half this Valentine’s Day than Paradiso Abu Dhabi.

The three-course Valentine’s Day menu is available on Tuesday, February 14, priced AED 450 for every couple, including a welcome drink.

Paradiso is located at Pier 71, Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi.
