Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers sets to host a special wine dinner at Li Beirut, The Michelin-selected 2023 Abu Dhabi Restaurant, with a special menu for the evening of January 24th at 7.30 pm in collaboration with renowned Lebanese winery, Chateau Ksara.
The restaurant is headed by award-winning Chef Jouni and is famous for crafting authentic Lebanese culinary flavours. Guests will relish a four-course menu of authentic and delicious Lebanese specialities and feast on an awe-inspiring spread of authentic dishes, designed to stimulate the taste buds and spark conversation.
This magical experience will commence with the sharing of appetisers of cold and hot mezze before main courses of steaming grills and other aromatic delicacies, sending diners to new levels of gastronomic bliss. This will be followed by an array of luscious Lebanese desserts, all of which have been expertly paired with a glass of smooth and enchanting wine supplied by Chateau Ksara brand director, Elie Maamari.
Elie will be on hand throughout the evening to welcome each guest and share facts and details about each of the aromatic and perfectly matured wines.
