April Scramble tickets released following successful Scramble to start 2023

Tickets are now live for Bicester Heritage’s spring Scramble event on the 8th of April, following a successful start to 2023 in the form of the January Scramble.

Lotus, Skoda and Volvo were just amongst some of the marques on display as part of the headline ‘Winter Wagons’ lawn. While the REVS-Limiter community provided an impressive turnout of convertibles and soft-tops as part of their ‘Souped-Up’ initiative, with donations taken for Bicester’s Foodbank.

Hangar 113 gave Scramble attendees of a smaller size to try out the Young Driver Firefly, encouraging young enthusiasts to try their hand as a young driver in a controlled environment.

The Scramblers Membership club was out in full force, with around 200 cars on display, following a successful 2022 for the club reaching around 10,000 members. The Scramblers lawn powered by Collecting Cars was out in full force along the Main Avenue, with an impressive range of machines on display.

Tuthill Porsche’s Porsche 911 SC that was driven by Ken Block in the 2022 East Africa Safari Classic Rally was also present at the event, a fitting tribute to the legendary driver.

The Scramble event sees the best-preserved WW2 RAF Bomber Station in the country open its doors to 7,000 attendees, celebrating the historic motoring sector and the magic in the driving and preservation of classic cars, while making these experiences accessible for future generations and families.
