Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, the most exclusive destination in the UAE capital, is delighted to treat guests to a sumptuous Christmas dinner of delicate French specialties.

Spending Christmas in Paris is an unforgettable experience filled with magic and joy, and the sumptuous Menu Noel invites guests to embark on a festive and heart-warming journey to the City of Lights.

Thoughtfully curated by Chef Pierre Gagnaire and presenting a mix of seasonal French classics and ingenious contemporary recipes, the fabulous five-course experience is filled with sensational flavours and enchanting aromas.

Spanning four courses of delectable delights, diners begin their elegant French Christmas voyage with a selection of light bites. Luxurious black truffle toast is found alongside an uplifting Cube de Martini, while the rich flavours of the smoked duck with foie gras is complemented perfectly by the red beet cube with Campari.

Harnessing the powers of the finest ingredients sourced from across the beautiful lush countryside and sparkling oceans of France, guests are then treated to an irresistible and picture-perfect serving of sea scallop carpaccio, truffled jerusalem artichokes cream and Champagne granite with stracciatella.

Families and friends are then encouraged to come together, bond and share in the joy of Christmas over a sensational dish of braised turbot fillet, lobster salpicon, spinach veloute, pink button mushrooms, bisque and milk foam.

Providing further satisfaction and uplifting tastes, this fresh seafood delicacy is followed by the hearty and satisfying textures and tastes of premium Capon chicken breast, flavoured with sweet onion marmalade and paired with hand crafted sweet potato croquettes.

Finally, no Christmas feast at Fouquet’s would be complete without some of pastry chef Hugo Sipp’s incredibly indulgent, bespoke festive desserts.

A selection of exquisite paired European grapes is also available to enhance every joyous course, along with an array of hops, cocktails, premium beverages, barista creations and fresh loose-leaf teas.

The Menu Noel 2022 at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is priced AED 450 per person including one glass of bubbly, available on December 24 for dinner and December 25 for both lunch and dinner.

This New Year’s Eve, Fouquet’s is going above and beyond to host the most decadent and unmissable special seasonal dinner in the capital.

Inviting guests to honour all their great achievements from the past 12 months and celebrate the start of fresh beginnings, the sophisticated Jour De L’an menu is guaranteed to dazzle and amaze with every bite.

Curated by Michelin-Star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, guests are invited to savour six incredible courses of authentic and finely crafted French cuisine. Inspired by the flavours and cooking techniques that the legendary chef has discovered throughout his travels across Europe and beyond, each theatrical and impressive dish is perfectly befitting for such a special occasion as New Year’s Eve.

An immersive culinary voyage that is set to leave every diner totally thrilled and enraptured, the curated menu presents a flawless fusion of colours, ingredients, tastes and aromas that perfectly represent the vibrant culture of France.

A true masterclass in fine-dining, the experience starts with a dainty and flavoursome appetiser of black truffle toast, Cube de Martini, smoked duck with foie gras and red beet cube with Campa.

A light and zesty serving of egg white, osciètre cavia, tiger prawns and pink grapefruit then further enhances the jovial and celebratory mood, before guests are invited to savour Fouquet’s signature seafood platter, a lavish, show-stopping display featuring scallops, sole, langoustine and more served with Champagne sauce.

The heart-warming traditional flavours of the cosy European winter season are then perfectly embodied in the beef Wellington tenderloin with Périgueux sauce and Jerusalem artichoke purée, before guests are invited to explore the magnificent art of French fromage with Comté and Roquefort cheese served with white chocolate pearls, Rivesaltes jelly, nuts and salad.

Finally, the unforgettable feast ends with the jubilant, fruity and gently sweet tastes of Fouquet’s chocolate biscuit. Lovingly home baked by Chef Hugo and artistically decorated with orange marmalade, grapefruit and lemon cassate, it provides the perfect balance of rich chocolate, sharp fruit and buttery, sweet and crumbly biscuit.

Ensuring the mood remains happy and merry throughout New Year’s Eve, guests are invited to enhance each culinary masterpieces with the world-renowned restaurant’s famously vast collection of premium French grapes, and a tantalising choice of masterfully mixed spirits.

After the feasting has concluded, the joyous celebration will carry on until 2am. Guests can choose to dine out on the beautiful terrace, where they are free to admire the Louvre’s spectacular architectural dome and the skyline of downtown Abu Dhabi, or inside in the plush red and gold dining room.
