The hotel’s signature restaurant Farmhouse offers laid back afresco dining, allowing guests to soak up their rustic surroundings. Moorish is a cozy yet elegant venue which plays homage to the sun-soaked exotic flavors of Andalucía merged with influences from the Arabic world. The punchy flavors of the Mediterranean cost seamlessly marry together with the zest and Moorish spices of Arabia, to bring you a menu that is a glorious fusion of impeccable cuisine. The destination will now be offering an all new Ziryab discovery set menu to give you a traditional and authentic culinary journey rife with delicious flavor, as a tribute to the Poet of Cordoba, designed by The Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi Desert’s, Chef Osama.
Moon Bar
Guests can while away the evening whilst gazing upon the glistening desert skies at Moon Bar – the resort’s rooftop bar, offering an array of beverages inspired by the beautiful nights sky. With a vibrant yet mellow atmosphere, it is the ideal spot for sundowners overlooking and light bites the expansive property. From 20th November, Moon Bar will now also be broadcasting the Qatar sporting spectacle, offering football fans a one-of-a-kind open air intimate roof top setting overlooking the desert dunes, under a star studded night, for a unique viewing experience. With this, there will be special happy hour offerings and sports themed promotions.

Interactive Falcon & Owl Show
Just an hour before sunset this exquisite show takes place on the Falcon Deck just an hour before sunset, offering in-house guests an experience to watch and learn about local birdlife. The live falconry show is a complimentary on site activity to be enjoyed by all guests.
Falconry Experience
For a more immersive falconry experience, guests have the opportunity to interact with these awe-inspiring birds, and further delve into the history of the falcon and why it is so central to Arabian culture, being one of the most notable elements of desert landscapes in the UAE.

Night walk
As the sun sets behind the desert horizon, a vast array of creatures begin to emerge. Adventure seekers can enjoy a 45-minute guided exploration of this magical location, led by an experienced guide, for an enlightening desert wildlife experience. Full Moon Camel Ride
