Hyundai Motor Company Africa and Middle East HQ, in partnership with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Hyundai Motor General Distributors, announced the delivery of 3 Hyundai Staria Vans to the Saudi Food Bank (Etaam), this vehicle donations are part of the “Mobility for Food Bank” campaign to deliver food packages to recipients in different areas in The Kingdom, the initiative is a continuous campaign that began in the month of Ramadan.
The handover ceremony of the Hyundai Staria vehicles was held in 3 regions, Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors showroom in Jeddah, and was attended by Tamer Al Hakeem, Managing Director at Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors distributor in the Western region and Mr. Foad Al-Sweid Regional Director of The Saudi Food Bank (Etaam), AL Wallan Trading Hyundai showroom in Riyadh, and was attended by Mr. Mohammed Al Khalawi vice president of Wallan Trading Hyundai Motor distributor in the central region and Mr. Mohammed Fahad Alfarhan regional director of The Saudi Food Bank (Etaam), Almajdouie Automotive Hyundai showroom in Dammam, and was attended by Mr. Nazeeh Al Nasr, Head of retail sales of Almajdouie Motors Hyundai Motor distributor in the Eastern & Northern region and Mr. Ahmad Bin Adi Al Mintakh Director of Operations and support services department of The Saudi Food Bank (Etaam).
This campaign underscores Hyundai Motor Company’s social responsibility as a mobility and sustainability solution provider, the three Hyundai distributors partners in KSA in partnership The Saudi Food Bank (Etaam), a reputable NGO dedicated to humanitarian work in the Kingdom, where Hyundai Motor Company and KSA Distributors donated these 3 Hyundai Staria Vehicles and the content of 1500 food packages to the Saudi Food Bank, and with volunteer students from Universities assisting in the food packaging, the campaign aims reach beneficiaries facing economic hardships in urban and rural areas in KSA.

On their part, The Saudi Food bank expressed their thanks for this donation from Hyundai Motor Company and KSA partners in implementing charitable and humanitarian initiatives, represented in the “Hyundai Continue” charity campaign, within the framework of its social role and responsibility towards society, and based on its belief in the importance of works that would provide necessary assistance to target groups of low-income families, orphans and widows, with the aim of improving their living conditions, ensuring food security and meets their needs throughout the year, noting that all charitable initiatives reflect the noble human meanings, spread the values of goodness, and embody the spirit of love, It also urges them to build a solid bridge with the needy and extend a helping hand.
Under the banner of “goodness is our destination and aim”, this initiative follows an all-inclusive operation to strengthen the connection between businesses, organizations, and local communities. The campaign reflects Hyundai’s standpoint towards the company’s global initiative “CONTINUE”, which encompasses all activities aiming to create a shared value toward a sustainable future.
