TEENAGE STRENGTH TRAINING CAMP LAUNCHES AT CHALK TRAINING GROUND

Chalk Training Ground launches a strength training camp specially designed for teenagers, kicking off on 12 July. The unique workouts are created to help promote fitness and health through strength and conditioning and help young adults get into sports.

Open to teens aged 14-18 of all fitness levels, the classes also aim to encourage social interaction, enhanced motor skills and coordination through the carefully curated functional training taking place within a safe and supportive environment. The classes will be led by qualified coaches who will be available throughout to provide motivation, and inspiration, and ensure the correct techniques for every move.

The group-based exercises will take place twice a week – Tuesday and Thursday at the gym, located at New Golden Mile 3, The Palm from 9:30am – 10:30am and can be purchased for AED 1,049 a month (a package of 8 classes).
