Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, the iconic fine-dining restaurant at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, is thrilled to unveil its specially curated new summer menu.

Created in collaboration with Michelin-star Chef Pierre Gagnaire, the culinary master behind the original Fouquet’s restaurant in Paris, the freshly enhanced menu takes guests on a flavoursome summer voyage to the beautiful countryside and amazing cities of France.

Embodying the timeless style and elegance of French brasserie dining, each reimagined delicacy has been lovingly crafted by Corporate Chef Balveer Balkisoon and his expert team.

Providing endless options to delight sophisticated food connoisseurs, families, friends, colleagues and art lovers alike, diners will find an array of authentic French specialties waiting to entice and uplift them throughout the sizzling warmer months.

Inviting guests to escape the summer heat and unwind in the stylish dining room, Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is beautifully adorned with red furnishings and classic white tablecloths.

Starring a mix of classic French recipes and unique, contemporary creations, each recipe on the new summer menu is fresh, light, healthy and perfect for enjoying on hot summer days in the UAE capital.

The new additions include light and tasty appetisers, satisfying and nutritious mains, and vibrant and playful artistic desserts. Guests are invited to begin their experience with reimagined appetisers such as carrot velouté with cumin and roasted apricot, smoked haddock rillette with hearts of artichokes, the signature Fouquet’s salmon gravlax, vibrant green bean salad with chicken chiffonnade and cecina de leon, and Omani prawns on green apple salad.

Meanwhile, amongst the tempting main course selection, diners will find a vast array of imaginative flavour combinations and sumptuous dishes that they have never experienced before. The iconic restaurant is proud to present delectable creations such as gambas satay with piperade, grilled salmon fillet with asparagus, rigatoni pasta with tiger prawns, and Wagyu rib eye steak and roasted veal chop with osso bucco sauce.

As always, guests are encouraged to end their experience with a lavish platter of handcrafted French fromages, served with seasonal chutney and biscuits, or with a photo-worthy gastronomic sweet treat curated by Executive Pastry Chef Hugo Sipp.

Guests are also encouraged to sample some of the finest flavours and most much-loved Fouquet’s dishes with the popular set lunch and dinner menus, while the Fouquet’s caviar provides the perfect accompaniment to any pre-dinner aperitif.

A selection of exquisite paired European grapes is also available to enhance every course, along with an array of hops, cocktails, premium beverages, barista creations and fresh loose-leaf teas.

The new summer menu from Fouquet’s is available to enjoy from Tuesday, July 5th 2022.
