Over a period of several weeks, 3 ISUZU dealers throughout the Kingdom embarked on the most comprehensive ISUZU service campaign in the history of the Kingdom. By employing qualifiedtechnicians, genuine spare parts and none other than Shell Rimula IZ heavy-duty diesel oil, they welcomed hundreds of trucks for service amid much publicity and great satisfaction. And what a better token of gratitude than greeting an ISUZU truck for service with more than a million km of loyalty on its odometer. No wonder the driver never stepped a wheel outside an official dealership!
In that occasion, Mr. Salah Al-Taamari, Aftersales Manager at Alissa Universal Motors, Isuzu Dealer in KSA, said, “It has been an overwhelmingly positive and very busy few weeks since the onset of our campaign, during which we demonstrated our ability to conduct our services in an efficient and proficient manner, and most importantly at lucrative prices. Undoubtedly, there will always be unofficial service centers willing to undercut our prices, but as we have witnessed during the campaign, at a huge cost for the customer in terms of proficiency, quality, speed of service and potential for voiding the warranty of the vehicle itself.
