The PUBG MOBILE Pro League Middle East & Africa Championship will officially kick off on May 26th for four days of exciting matches where the best 16 teams from each region will battle it out for a $150,000 prize pool.
The PMPL Middle East & Africa Championship covers five Regional Championships and is the pro-level competition in the PUBG MOBILE ecosystem. This will be the first opportunity in 2022 for teams to collide outside of their PMPL league allowing fans and teams the chance to witness some exciting and thrilling matches.
The 16 teams heading to the PUBG MOBILE Pro League as representatives from the Arabic region are: Nigma Galaxy, Conqueror, Falcons Esports, NASR Esports, Rico Infinity Esports, , Ooredoo Thunders ,Twisted Minds, 01 Esports, 90 TH Esports, and YaLLa Esports; and representatives from Africa region are: Virtual Game, INTRUDER, SLIME 4KT, Team Myths, Team Umbra, G3 Temper.
A special appearance by 3ammar Basha and Leah Hamzeh, who will be kicking off with predictions on the 26th of May about the WWCD winners and the person who fails the prediction will get to dance or sing to PUBG MOBILE dances at the end of the event. Pro-players and casters will also be connected before the start of the 1st match on the last day, to make predictions on their final points and rewards. The best guesser, namely the one with the closest answer to the final leader board, will be titled as the “Guessing King”. As celebration of the Guessing King, all other people will need to sing a song to him.
During the championship, players and teams will endure in-game giveaway events to get free rewards when hitting milestones. Once broadcasts hit a certain level of milestone, the related giveaway items will be unlocked. Gamers can then go to the Esports Center to get the free rewards 1 day after the tournament ends.
