Louvre Hotel Group / Golden Tulip MENA: Appoints four new general managers for its new hotels and resorts in opening in June and July 2022, Royal Tulip Korbous Bay Thalasso & Springs – Tunisia, Golden Tulip Design Tbilisi – Georgia, Tulip Inn Majan Hotel & Suites Salalah – Oman, Tulip Inn Hotel & Suites Doha – Qatar, Kyriad Prestige Doha – Qatar. Louvre Hotels Group /Golden Tulip MENA is proud to introduce its two new midscale brands Kyriad and Campanile for the first time in MENA region in the second and third quarter of 2022. And looking forward to add about 10 additional properties in next twelve months, to reach the goal of completing 60 properties celebration our Golden Tulip Brand 60th anniversary.

Elene Otarashvili is the General Manager of Golden Tulip Design Tbilisi Hotel in Georgia. Prior to join our group she has worked as General Manager of Radisson Collection Tsinandali Estate and Radisson Blu Iveria Tbilisi.  Before that she managed Chateau Mukhrani, the iconic landmark of Georgia and led the opening of Vazisubani Estate Boutique Hotel, the 19th-century historic palace. She is also a founding partner of Georgian Business Tourism Association. Elene’s leadership has consistently produced exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiencies and a culture of constant improvement. Her incredible energy, spirit, and deep industrial expertise added significant value to our team.

Charfeddine Mokhtar appointed as General Manager of Royal Tulip Korbous Bay Thalasso & Springs – Tunisia. Mokhtar holds a Master’s degree in Int’l Hotel & Tourism Management from Vatel School & University in France, he speaks Arabic, French, English and Spanish languages. Prior to his joining Louvre Hotels Group Mokhtar worked at Sousse Palace Hotels  Tunisia as General Manager, before to that at Le Royal Hotels & Resorts Hammamet Tunisia as General Manager, at Hasdrubal Prestige Thalassa & Spa Tunisia as General Manager, Marillia Hotel Tunisia as General Manager, Safir Hotels as General Manager in Algeria, Karthago Hotels Tunisia as Admin & Finance Directoras Admin & Finance Director and more. Mokhtar’s vast finance and administrative experience, especially in Tunisia will count in his new assignment.

Mark Abboud is the General Manager of Tulip Inn Hotel & Suites Salalah – Oman. Associated with Louvre Hotels Group since 2014. Mark is a hospitality veteran graduate from Cornell university in New York. Speaks native Arabic, Frence and English languages joined Louvre Hotels Group in 2014 and did four successful opening of Golden Tulip Oran – Algeria, Golden Tulip Cairo – Egypt, Golden Tulip Headington Muscat – Oman and Royal Tulip Skikda – Algeria and prior to our group Mark worked with some renown groups such as Rotana in Bahrain as Food & Beverage Manager, then moved to San Francisco to open a catering company named Ali Baba, then joined Bonnington Group in Dubai as Real Estate Investments and Business Development Head and Hospitaliy Consultant for Bonnington Hotel JLT Dubai, prior to that RAK Hospitality as General Manager and before that as Hospitality Consultant in Reef Island Bahrain and in 2013 joined Swiss Belhotel Bahrain as Executive Assistant and in charge of Food & Beverage. Mark is a thorough and highly expert and his expertise would bring positive results in this assignment

Hilal Saade rejoined the group as Cluster General Manager of Golden Tulip Downtown and Grand Continental Flamingo Hotel Abu Dhabi – UAE.

Graduated and Hotel Management from France speaks Arabic, English and French. Hilal previously worked for Louvre Hotels Group as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing and prior to that he worked at Villa Genesis – Menton, France as Hotel Manager, Muscat Governorate, Oman as Hotel Manager, M Hotel Doha as General Manager, Melia Hotels International as Hotel Manager and previously as Director of Sales & Marketing at Campbell Gray Hotels, Carlson Rezidor Hotels in Middle East and Europe His vast experience in general management and sales & marketing in the hospitality industry would add great value in the group.
