The honour was exclusively for citizens and residents willing to contribute to the support and prosperity of society and Dr. Hosnia Gargash has already made her mark with her many achievements.
Mr. Khaled Alama, Managing Partner of Omicron Pharmaceuticals, indicated that the selection of Dr. Hosnia Gargash came because she grew up in a traditional Emirati family, but she had ambition and believed in her ability to succeed from an early age. Dr. Hosnia Gargash received the care and support of her grandfather, in particular in all her endeavours.

It is worth noting that Dr. Hosnia Gargash traveled abroad to continue her studies and returned to her country to be the first Emirati female gynecologist, and to embark on her long and continuous career with success and serving her country. She has also worked in various government health sectors, established her own clinic in Sharjah, and established Gargash Hospital in 2019. Today Dr. Hosnia Gargash is a grandmother and mother of three daughters and a son. Sheikha Jawaher Al Khalifa, Ms. Aida Al Busaidi, Ms. Suad Al Shamsi, Ms. Sahar Al Rasti, Ms. Heba Haidari, Lamia Tariq Al Farsi, and Ms. Ghada Al Sawalma participated to celebrate this tribute.
