In the framework of its strategic plans aiming to serve the community, and out of a sense of community responsibility in all its aspects, Taajeer Group sponsored the ceremony held by “Farah Jeddah 2022”, a civil association helping young Saudi people in marriage and family guidance, which was under the auspices of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid al-Faisal Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince of Makkah, in the presence of His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, Advisor to the Emir of Makkah, Governor of Jeddah, in “Leylaty” Hall in Jeddah.
Taajeer Group, represented by the Head of its Board of Directors, Dr. Saleh Malaikah, offered a brand-new MG RX5 car to the Association, in support of that unique event and increase the joyful atmosphere of the ceremony of “Farah Jeddah 2022” in which 2020 young people got married. The ceremony took place in a cheerful atmosphere including several exciting shows full of joyful performances.
Commenting on the event, Dr. Saleh Malaikah pointed out that the initiative of the Taajeer Group is closely linked to “KSA vision 2030” in its aspect of strengthening the role of the family in facing the challenges of marriage as a community project that contributes to the building of the family, together with expanding the impact of non-profit work. He praised the Association’s great humanitarian role in supporting young people to marry, reflecting the ability of Saudi society to make success in various fields.
Since its founding in 1409, the “Farah Jeddah 2022” Association seeks to encourage community development that contributes to the principles of family stability, to overcome obstacles for the youth of the country to complete their family formation, and to strengthen the bonds of social stability. The total number of beneficiaries of the services and programs mounts to more than 98,000 young men and women. This includes the celebration of mass marriage, which is held annually, preceded by training and psychological, health, physical and social rehabilitation programs for the newlyweds, as well as exceptional facilities for newlyweds, in order to assist them in building a stable family and spreading the culture of facilitation in marriage.
