During a meeting that took place recently in Al-Khobar, the labor committee in Al-Jabr Holding Company presented accomplished works and gains made in order to serve the company’s employees and develop the work environment further. The meeting took place in the presence of the Chairman of National Committees for Labor Committees, Eng. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Jurayd, the Secretary-General of National Committees of Labor, Mr. Fawaz Falah Al-Mutairi, a member of the board of directors of Al-Jabr Holding Company, Mr. Abdul Salam Al-Jabr, the head of the labor committee in the company, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Dawla, members of the committee, and human resources managers in the company’s branches. During the meeting, discussions were made on ways to exchange experiences and choose the best rules and mechanisms that contribute to achieving the goals of such committees; thus, reflecting the advancement of the company and its outputs through encouraged employees.
After the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the National Committee for Labor Committees, Eng. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Jurayd, praised the efforts and results he had seen of the work of the labor committee in Al Jabr Holding Company. He commended the works of Al Jabr committees and the benefit gained from successful experiences to transfer knowledge to other committees in order to enhance the appropriate work environment that helps in the progress of the national economy and achieve the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
For his part, the head of the labor committee at Al-Jabr Holding Company, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Dawlah, expressed his happiness along with all the members of the committee for the praise that the committee received during the meeting, which is added to the impressions and appreciation of the company’s employees, being the true mirror through which they evaluate their success in their mission.
It is noteworthy that the labor committee of Al-Jabr Company includes in its membership Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Dawlah as Chairman and Mr. Anfal Al-Omar as Vice Chairman, and the members are Maryam Al-Ghamdi, Ahmed Bu Hulaiqah and Mona Asiri.
