Nissan KSA Wins Global Aftersales Award for the Second Consecutive Year

Nissan Saudi Arabia Co., Ltd. has won the Global Nissan Aftersales Award (GNAA) for the second year in a row as a result of its exceptional performance in aftersales operations. Despite the difficult circumstances that the Kingdom, the region, and the world have gone through due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and its repercussions on the economy, the company still managed to attain the Global Nissan Aftersales Award for the 2020 fiscal year, with the support of its authorized retail dealer in the Kingdom, Petromin Nissan. This award was created by Nissan globally and has been ongoing for the past 30 years to recognize excellence in aftersales services provided by markets around the world.

Depending on a set of aftersales standards that includes parts and service performance, customer service, and quality management, Nissan’s award is granted to the best-performing markets across the world. According to the size of the market, the award is broken down into different groups. Nissan Saudi Arabia achieved the best results and won the GNAA in its group, surpassing 8 other markets. Most importantly, the company achieved the highest performance in the Middle East in terms of the aftersales services.
