The food menu consists of comfort food dishes with a modern take, ensuring all the flavours of excellent quality produces are showcased. Some of the signature dishes will be South Central Burger that represents in itself a unique culinary journey that is worth coming and trying. The burger comes with aged cheddar cheese and guests can choose one of the signature homemade burger buns- whether classic brioche or black charcoal or red beetroot bun. At the next stage, guests will select a patty-beef or southern fried chicken or cod fish, and for vegetarians, there is a “just like meat” option. Instead of classic fries, triple cooked secret recipe chips made of Idaho potato can be offered.
The menu also includes the signature dessert Oreo cheesecake with a selection of the best cocktails in class, perfect for an enjoyable evening on a magnificent terrace.
