Henkel donated 75,000 pieces of Fa Hand sanitizers to the Saudi Heath Authorities in Makkah.
The world leader in consumer products, has taken a set of measures to provide the necessary support to the Kingdom’s confrontation of the emerging corona virus.
The initiative followed the transformation of Henkel’s production facilities to produce disinfectants, part of the Germany-headquartered company’s global solidarity program in 2020.
Malek Dardour, Cluster Head for GCC, Maghreb, Egypt, Lebanon – Beauty Care Retail, said: “We were able to produce Fa hand sanitizers locally in the UAE in the Summer. The first batch was donated to hospitals and key areas in the Kingdom that needed support the most. Henkel products were distributed to those who tirelessly contributed to serve the community and the less fortunate as well.”
Malek Dardour added “Supporting the markets where we operate in is how we shape our business — responsibly. Through this partnership, we hope to reach more communities that are in need.”
