Kia Al-jabr Launches «We Care» Maintenance Campaign Across Saudi Arabia

Al-Jabr Trading Company, agents of Kia Motors in Saudi Arabia, is continuing its strategy of providing the best services to its customers on a on-going basis, especially their after-sales services. In continuation of this approach, the company recently launched the “We Care” Campaign that provides maintenance services with special discounts, in addition to offering a free gift to visiting customers throughout the campaign period. The campaign started in mid-February 2021 and will continue until the end of March 2021 at all Kia Al-Jabr service centers across Saudi Arabia. “We Care” Campaign includes a 20% discount on maintenance costs and spare parts value, besides offering two free liters of engine oil to customers benefiting from the campaign, which includes 2019, 2020, and 2021 models.

On “We Care” Campaign, Mr. Wael Baghdadi, Chief Operations Officer of Al Jabr Trading Company, said: “We are keen to be in constant contact with our customers by providing a range of distinctive services aimed primarily at enhancing the confidence of the customer who chose a car. At the end of his speech, Mr. Baghdadi confirmed that the announced benefits in the campaign are not all what Kia customers will get at maintenance centers, as we are keen that the customer experience in our centers should always be rich and within the scope of our Power to Surprise strategy.
