Bentley joins the Saudi people in celebrating the 91st National Day

On the 23rd of September, Bentley Saudi Arabia joined the Saudi people in the celebration of the 91st Saudi National Day, as an active participant aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 launched by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince, under the auspices of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz for a prosperous future for the Saudi nation. This anniversary has been celebrated for more than nine decades, during which the Kingdom has gained international standing and global trust, praised in all forums.

Saudi Arabia’s celebration this year coincided with the launch of a new phase in implementing Vision 2030. After 5 years of launching this vision, Saudi Arabia has succeeded in accomplishing many extraordinary achievements, despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, as its relentless pursuit was focused on developing the kingdom. This special occasion has come upon us, bearing with it the feelings of pride engorged in each generation’s heart since the unification of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In this year’s national celebrations, Bentley was distinguished with a new style. Two rising journalists specializing in the automotive field showcased its cars, decorated with the National Day identity logo and the most famous landmarks in Saudi Arabia. The pioneer of Saudi auto journalism, Bakr Azhar, experienced the car’s features in Jeddah, while Ahmed Al-Shehri, one of the stars of automobile journalism, took a test drive in Riyadh.

The 91st Saudi National Day celebration differed from previous years by raising the slogan “It is our home” (Hiya Lana Dar). This logo was placed on a model map of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which reflects the national cohesion between the Saudi people and their leaders. The Saudi National Day is the day on which the name “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” and the unification of its banner under the leadership of our government appeared for the first time in history, specifically on Thursday, September 23, 1932, corresponding to Jumada al-Ula 21, 1351 AH.

Among the achievements that we celebrate are the implementations of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, as Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi Crown Prince, launched a program to develop human capabilities, enabling citizens to compete globally by unleashing their potentials, developing and investing in their skills. In addition, the Kingdom also continued to achieve more mega-projects that align with Vision 2030 and constitute a process that keeps pace with the renaissance and promotes economic growth and sustainability.

It is also aligned with Bentley’s vision for the future that is the production of fully electric cars. In addition to its commitment to the Beyond100 strategy to become an integrated carbon-neutral enterprise and sustainable luxury car manufacturer to lead through innovation, becoming the global benchmark in the luxury car business. Bentley is always eager to take part in important events in the Kingdom. Such as participating in the celebration of the third year of women driving in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia over two days in Riyadh from June 22nd to 24th by organizing an art exhibition to display artworks of 15 female Saudi artists expressing this occasion.

Bentley Saudi Arabia sends its warmest congratulations and blessing, on the occasion of the Kingdom’s 91st National Day, to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince, the noble royal family and the noble Saudi people.
