DRIVEN BY SUCCESS OF WORLD FIRST E-MOBILITY START-UP INFLUENCE BRINGS AGENCIES CLOSER TOGETHER TO DRIVE FUTURE GROWTH

Influence, the world-leading PR agency, is bringing together its core agency Influence Associates and Influence emobility to act as an alliance, sharing resource, expertise and driving further growth. This follows a hugely successful launch of its start-up agency Influence emobility – the world’s first communications agency solely dedicated to e-mobility – as well as the continued expansion and progressive rebranding of Influence Associates, cementing its market leading position in premium automotive, technology, hyper and collector cars and motorsport.

The new alliance will share a revitalised leadership team with the appointment of Chas Hallett as Chief Operating Officer, with Sam Hardy and Luke Madden being promoted to Senior Group Directors. The team is being further strengthened with the appointment of Lisa Palmer as Director from 1 October. She is joining Influence from the Jaguar Land Rover global corporate communications team and will be deploying her extensive experience across a range of new and existing clients in automotive and e-mobility.

Stuart Dyble, Founder and Group CEO said: “We have been blown away with the success of our start-up, Influence emobility, which has gained over 20 new clients in eight months. This, together with the rapid acceleration of electrification in automotive and the continued profound transformation of the automotive industry, has prompted us to bring our two agencies together, sharing resources, experience and expertise to drive further growth.

“Chas Hallett is the perfect leader to drive this next stage of Influence with his strategic mindset and deep-seated expertise in communication, founded on his global opinion leading journalistic career, and his excellent people skills. He will be ably supported by Sam and Luke in their new roles and the growing team across Influence Associates and Influence emobility. I am delighted that our team will be further strengthened with the appointment of Lisa Palmer.

“I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Andrew Roberts on his appointment as VP, Head of Global PR, Hyundai Motor Group in Seoul.  Andrew will lead the Group’s global comms for Hyundai and Kia and support their transformation to become leading mobility solutions providers. This is one of the biggest roles in the global industry and everyone at Influence shares a sense of pride in his appointment and wishes Andrew the very best of success.”
