GENESIS MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA HQs REVEALS THAT THE BRAND HAS ‘ELEVATED’ ITS CUSTOMER BASE WITH THE LAUNCH OF THE GV80

Genesis Middle East & Africa HQs has today announced that within the last three months it has witnessed a dramatic shift in attracting new customers and expanding its customer base throughout the GCC.

Due to high demand, Genesis carried out exclusive early deliveries of its flagship SUV model, The GV80 back in July 2020 to Genesis VIP customers before the official launch of the model during Q4 2020.

The elevation of the Genesis customer base is also a direct result of the brand’s strong vehicle portfolio including The GV80, The G70, the flagship G90 and The All-new G80 midsize luxury sedan – all of which embody the brand’s ‘athletic elegance’ design.

Bang Sun Jeong, Vice President, Head of Genesis Middle East and Africa Operation believes this made a dramatic difference in expanding the brand’s presence regionally and in allowing the brand to work with new and untapped customer bases.

Bang Sun Jeong, Vice President, Head of Genesis Middle East and Africa Operation commented, “Since the launch of our new hero SUV model, The GV80 last year we have received an incredibly positive reception from affluent clientele throughout the region. The launch of The GV80 signaled a new era for the Genesis brand by providing customers with a new level of excellence which has allowed us to elevate our customer base and provide a truly unmatched driving experience.”

“We believe that carrying out exclusive early deliveries of The GV80 back in July 2020 made a considerable difference in reaching new customer groups. It allowed us to create not only anticipation for the official launch, but admiration for the vehicle within affluent groups in society. We look forward to delivering The GV80 to more loyal Genesis customers in 2021 and beyond.”

Genesis Middle East & Africa HQs has also set its sights on launching a series of standalone Genesis showrooms throughout the region in 2021, with the first standalone showroom set to open in Manama, Bahrain during February 2021. The move represents an important milestone for the brand and its commitment to the region. Through the introduction of dedicated showrooms, the brand can continue to provide unrivalled attention to detail, along with exceptional service – whilst growing its brand presence throughout the market.

Bang Sun Jeong, Vice President, Head of Genesis Middle East and Africa Operation concluded: “The new series of standalone Genesis showrooms set to open throughout the region in 2021 is a statement of our continued commitment to this market and an indication of the Middle East and Africa strategic importance to the company as we look to continue to exceed expectations in the region.”
