In line with Nissan KSA’s goal to provide customers across the Kingdom with the widest coverage and parts availability, the company held an award ceremony for their parts wholesale partners in recognition of their achievements. The event was held in Jeddah and followed the government safety regulations regarding COVID-19 prevention. The parts wholesale ceremony is held on an annual basis to acknowledge the wholesalers’ diligent efforts throughout the year in serving customers and enhancing their levels of satisfaction with the brand, where the top performing partners in success are rewarded with Nissan cars and other prizes.
The event took place at Hilton Hotel on Tuesday, July 13th, 2021, where Nissan parts wholesalers from across the Kingdom attended as well as executive representatives from Nissan Saudi Arabia and Petromin Nissan, Nissan’s authorized dealer in the Kingdom. The main speakers at the event included Nissan Saudi Arabia Managing Director Bader El Houssami, as well as Engineer Ahmad Taha, the Aftersales Director at Nissan KSA, and two of Petromin Nissan’s leadership included Terence Byrne, Managing Director and Manuel Boucas, General Manager of Parts Operations. The audience was also taken through a presentation that showcased Nissan KSA’s growth and achievements with regards to their aftersales and wholesales, followed by the reveal of the winners of the parts Wholesale Program and an engaging open business discussion. The winners of the program were determined according to a six-month performance evaluation based on a predetermined set of Nissan KSA key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Bader El Houssami, Managing Director of Nissan KSA, addressed the attendees, saying: “At Nissan Saudi Arabia, we are humbled and proud of our parts wholesale partners, whose dedication and support are a testament to Nissan’s success. You played a significant role in our growth journey, and we are grateful for your presence and support every step of the way. In the first category, Al Khalaifi Company from Riyadh took top honors, winning a Nissan Super Safari. Salim Bin Afif Est. from Jeddah won second place and was awarded a Nissan Altima, and Al Elaj Est. from Al Rass won third place, receiving a Nissan Urvan. In the second category, Abdulmohsen Ba Naeem Est. came in first followed by Mohammed Balkhair in second place and Parts Wonder Est. in third, all three from Riyadh. Al Nasriya Corner Est. from Hail took first place in the third category followed by Abood Bin Madi Est. from Riyadh in second place and Wadi – Sultan Al Abdali Est. Ohud from Madinah in third place. Based on the size of the company, award categories were determined.
Commenting at the event, Aftersales Director at Nissan KSA, Eng. Terence Byrne, Managing Director at Petromin Nissan also commented at the event, saying: “The efficiency of our business is driven by the efforts of the parts wholesalers, with their support we can continue growing and exceeding expectations year on year to achieve continued success”.
Nissan KSA’s annual parts wholesale ceremony unites their partners in success under one roof, to celebrate their achievements over the year and look forward to the new ways that Nissan KSA seeks to utilize their relationship with parts wholesalers and dealers to its full potential. The event encourages healthy competition to ultimately serve KSA customers to the best of their ability by providing genuine parts and maximizing Petromin Nissan’s network coverage across the Kingdom.
