COYA ABU DHABI IS TURNING UP THE HEAT THIS SUMMER WITH NEW, VIBRANT DISHES AND LEISURELY WEEKEND FEASTING

COYA Abu Dhabi has freshened up its menu of vibrant and tasty South American cuisine in time for the summer and introduced several exciting new dishes.

Guests can now enjoy a light side of grilled octopus sashimi, served with mango salsa and Botija olives, plus an exceptional appetiser of beef tataki featuring seared wagyu beef, cashew nut purée, Josper leeks and optional seasonal truffle. Finally, for the main courses, food connoisseurs are invited to indulge in an iron pot of king crab rice mixed with bomba rice, beetroot crisps, chimichurri and amarillo chilli.

Bright, colourful and delicious, the three new additions are the perfect treat for the hot summer months. Guests are invited to sample them alongside the existing spread of authentic, perfectly crafted Latin American specialties, including favourites such as spicy tacos, succulent grilled skewers, Peruvian ceviches, colourful sides, crunchy salads and fresh seafood.

The new dishes are available daily for lunch from 12:30pm, and dinner from 6.30pm (except for Friday brunch). Guests can purchase the above options for AED 70 for the grilled octopus, AED 98 for the beef tataki, and AED 187 for the king crab rice.
