Bentley Saudi Arabia celebrates women’s driving anniversary for the third year by organizing an art exhibition in Bentley’s Riyadh showroom featuring fifteen female Saudi artists

Bentley Saudi Arabia held a grand celebration for the third year of women driving in Saudi Arabia over two days at the Bentley showroom in Riyadh at iMall from June 22 to 24.

The organization of this art exhibition comes as a result of the keenness of Samaco, the authorized agent of the Bentley brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to provide direct support from Bentley to Saudi female artists, by organizing an art exhibition to display their paintings to the public and art lovers.

Several social media stars, influencers, and many professional and famous artists participated in the ceremony in apparent support for empowering women and enhancing their role by active participation in building society and in accordance with the precautionary measures taken to combat Covid 19.

On this occasion, Mohammed Raffa, CEO of Samaco Automotive Company, said, “The celebration of Bentley for the third year of Saudi women driving cars comes within the framework of the company’s keenness to support and empower women and reinforce their capabilities, as well as focusing on the professional opportunities available to females, which is in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision to empower women and unleash their creative energies.

He also explained, “This month marks the start of Saudi women’s official driving, which is a historic decision issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him. The honorable royal order came to allow women to drive, boost their number in the workforce, and represent the Saudi leadership’s keenness to enable women to be an influential element in society, confirming the continuation of the reform and development process in Saudi Arabia.

He added, “It is with a wise vision for a wise leadership in which the Kingdom sets out towards a bright future. Therefore, we affirm that we are moving forward with strength and steadfastness towards achieving the ambitious 2030 vision of the architect of change, the inspiring leader, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud. With this decision, the Saudi woman sat behind the wheel and embarked on a long journey with a measure of responsibility and efficiency, and a natural entitlement to be added to her generous record, not only at the national level, but also at the global level in which Saudi women occupy the highest and major leadership positions.

It is noteworthy that Bentley is always keen to support and empower women, and it participated vigorously in the celebration of Women’s Day in March on social media.
