As the highly anticipated 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) season gets underway in Qatar this week, McLaren Doha, the official McLaren retailer in Qatar, was thrilled to welcome the United Autosports drivers to the showroom at Al Hazm.
McLaren and its racing partner, United Autosports, are returning for their second season of LMGT3 racing in the WEC competition with a refreshed livery and a strong driver line-up, and McLaren Doha is proud to be a part of this historic moment.
“We were incredibly excited to welcome the drivers to our showroom ahead of the 2025 WEC season opener,” said Jassim Mohammed Al Emadi, CEO of McLaren Doha. “McLaren’s presence in the World Endurance Championship highlights the brand’s commitment to pushing the limits of performance and innovation, and we’re thrilled to see that excitement in action here in Doha this week.”
The race will take place this week at the Lusail International Circuit, where the McLaren GT3 EVOs will run under the numbers 59 and 95, in honour of the #59 McLaren F1-GTR’s legendary win at the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans thirty years ago.
