Kia Middle East and Africa announces the inauguration of a new showroom by NMC in Riyadh, a key milestone in its dual distributor strategy with Aljabr, designed to ensure broader accessibility and superior customer service across Saudi Arabia. This expansion emphasizes Kia’s commitment to enhancing its market presence in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals.
The new NMC showroom in Riyadh reinforces Kia’s focus on providing customers with innovative automotive solutions and exceptional service. With 16 showrooms now under NMC’s management, complemented by Aljabr’s 34 locations, Kia has significantly bolstered its reach in the Saudi market. This combined network reflects Kia’s growth from 37 facilities in 2022 to 50 by 2024, with plans to surpass 60 locations by 2025, ensuring enhanced accessibility and service quality.
In addition to expanding its physical presence, Kia has introduced dedicated delivery centres across the Kingdom, streamlining vehicle logistics and improving delivery times. This initiative is paired with the inclusion of “Product Genius” experts in showrooms, providing customers with personalized product demonstrations and in-depth consultations to enrich their showroom experience.

These include the EV9, EV6, EV5, K5 HEV, K8 HEV, and Sorento HEV, highlighting Kia’s dedication to providing environmentally conscious mobility solutions. These initiatives support the Kingdom’s long-term sustainability objectives and address the evolving preferences of modern consumers.
This year, Kia has seen remarkable growth in Saudi Arabia, achieving a 36% increase in sales and securing the third position in the Kingdom’s automotive market. Kia’s partnership with Aljabr has also been recognized through the Consumer Protection Excellence Award, reflecting its ongoing commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
