The first Juventus Academy Course dedicated to coaches outside Europe, took place from 31st of May until 2nd of June in Al Nasr Sports Club in Dubai and provided a unique opportunity for coaches to understand and gain insight into the Juventus Academy methodology.
The three days course is part of the Juventus Academy activities, through which the Club intends to share its constant development that led to be the widest Academy network for any professional football club in the world.
The Juventus Academy’s vision which combines technical aspects with mental, emotional, and interpersonal ones, and the Juventus Academy methodology can be summarised in five points: style of play, technical ability, tactical ability, mental factor, and emotional and social factors.
Juventus Academy and Dubai Sports Council shared the vision of advancing football coaching standards in the Emirate.

Juventus Academy Dubai and Sharjah have rapidly established themselves as premier destinations for young football talent, highlighted by their recent accolade of winning the prestigious SPIA Award for Best Youth Sports Organization this year.
This recognition is a testament to the Academy’s exceptional programs and commitment to youth development. Their remarkable victory at the Juventus World Cup last year with the U12 team further underscores their excellence.
The 3 days course was organized in the facilities of Al-Nasr Sports Club, the first and oldest football club in Dubai. All students received insights and guidance and a certificate issued by Juventus Football Club.
