Wheeler Dealers is back for its latest season, set to premiere on Discovery on May 17th. Hosted by the dynamic duo Mike and Elvis, this season promises to be the most ambitious yet as they take on global car restoration projects.
In this exciting new season, Mike and Elvis are going global, traveling from the US to Australia, Europe, and the UK. Each episode will feature a selection of iconic vehicles from each country, in need of serious restoration. Mike will track down these treasures and set them up in local garages, leaving Elvis and local mechanics to work their magic and restore them to their former glory.
“Wheeler Dealers isn’t just a show; it’s an automotive legacy,” said Mike Brewer, co-host of the show. “We’ve featured a total of 220 used motors across eighteen original series, redefining the car dealing landscape and taking our fans on a thrilling journey through the world of automobiles.”
Mike Brewer, known as the car grandmaster, began his venture into car dealing at the age of 15, turning a £25 crash-damaged Mini into an £800 profit. Marc “Elvis” Priestly, a seasoned veteran of the McLaren Formula 1 pit lane for a decade, brings his extraordinary repair skills to the show, making him a fan favorite.
Over the years, Wheeler Dealers has been responsible for some of the most notable car deals in history. From the acquisition of an Austin Healey B17, bought for $35,000 and later sold at auction for $75,000, to the Lamborghini Urraco, purchased in 2013 for £21k and later sold for £35k, the show continues to make waves in the automotive world.
