The London Concours is delighted to have joined forces with Iconic Auctioneers for its 2024 show, which will run from 4th to 6th June at the Honourable Artillery Company in the City.
The exciting partnership will see Iconic Auctioneers conduct a luxury lifestyle auction at the HAC on the evening of Wednesday 5th June, bringing further excitement and action to the second day of London Concours – the capital’s leading automotive summer garden party
Iconic Auctioneers’ London sale will see a fantastic range of luxury lifestyle lots go under the hammer – from collector cars, motorcycles, and autotomobilia, to other coveted collectibles – including high-end watches, fine art, and stunning jewellery. All of this will take place in the heart of the city, a stone’s throw from Old Street station.
The four wheeled machinery on offer will include everything from much-loved automotive heroes of yesteryear to modern performance icons. Star lots will include a stunning 1970 Aston Martin DB6 Mk2 Volante, one of just 38 such cars built. Upgraded to Vantage specification, it is the same model owned by HRH King Charles, and ranks as one of the most desirable Aston Martin variants of all. Also on offer will be a 1969 Aston Martin DB5, which has been fully restored by Desmond Smail and upgraded to a 4.2-Litre specification. A true collectors’ item – forever associated with James Bond.
Meanwhile, a star lot in the fine art element of the sale will include a work by Turner Prize winning English artist Keith Tyson (b. 1969). Iconic will offer his Studio Wall Drawing: Designs for Chicago Hyatt Centre (2003). Tyson is known for his conceptual works that continually challenge what constitutes reality, ruminating on themes of chance, causality, and interconnectedness.
The sale is set to offer London Concours guests an unforgettable auction experience, in a setting like no other. Iconic is recognised as the UK’s live auction market leader, with a track record of delivering stand-out auctions at leading automotive events across the UK and Europe.
The auction will be held in the grand Prince Consort Room at the HAC. Viewing will take place from 11am to 8pm on Tuesday 4th of June, and on Wednesday 5th, up until the auction commences at 5:30pm.
The sale will also be live streamed on the Iconic Auctioneers website allowing those around the world to partake in the action. Bidding will be available online, via telephone or via commission pre-bid for those unable to join the sale in person.
