Dubai Autodrome, a subsidiary of Union Properties, is set to host the 19th edition of the Hankook 24 Hours of Dubai race with 60 cars taking to the track in their bid to become champions in the prestigious endurance event.

In the GT3 category, 24 teams representing the UAE, UK, France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, New Zealand and the USA will be in action over the full 24 hours. They include top endurance teams such as 24H Dubai debutants GetSpeed, and Grove Racing, who finished fourth last season as well as Car Collection Motorsport, and Herberth Motorsport, who sealed second spot in the overall category in 2023.

The race will also see the participation of five UAE-based teams with Dragon Racing (Ferrari 296) and Saalocin by Kox Racing (Porsche 911) in the GT3 category. Joining them are Rabdan Motorsport, making their third consecutive appearance and will be led by Emirati driver Saif Al Ameri.

With the race starting at 1:00pm on Saturday January 27th, and running through to 1:00 PM on Sunday January 28th, spectators will not be short of options for entertainment – both on and off the track. Prior to the race, all fans can get up close to the cars during the ‘Grid Walk’.

As well as the Grandstand seating, adults and children can watch the cars race on the track on a giant screen in the fan zone, while a special viewing deck area has been built specifically for the 24 Hours of Dubai, giving them a perfect view of the cars navigating Turn 14.

Furthermore, there are a wide range of activities and entertainment that will keep adults and children of all ages busy and enjoy the endurance race.

Faisal Al Sahlawi, General Manager of Dubai Autodrome, said: The 24 Hours of Dubai has become a premier event in the world of endurance racing and we are delighted to be hosting it again for the 19th year.
