To mark the occasion, this incredible venue will serve up a 5-course set menu bursting with taste sensations specially curated by the talented chefs. Diners can start this culinary journey with Fine de Claire Oyster, followed by a “Burning Passion” starter of Wagyu Bavette Tataki, served with French radish, ponzu, micro greens and mixed citrus, and Creamy Roasted Cauliflower Velouté.
Moving to the mains, diners can choose from two “Consuming Love” delights, a Pan Seared Atlantic Halibut, featuring lobster risotto, roasted pepper and parmesan foam, or the Herb Marinated Filet Mignon, made with potato galette, sauteed mushroom, cherry tomato confit and truffle reduction. For the finale, couples can savour the “Sweet Love” dessert of Chocolate & Mix Berry Heart Cake, fusing chocolate sponge, crunchy hazelnut, mix berries confit, chocolate mousse and red glaze. Valentine’s Afternoon Tea
Between February 12th and 19th, The Patisserie will get a full love-themed makeover as the Valentine’s Afternoon Tea takes centre stage. Guests can indulge in an abundance of savouries while enjoying the intimate vibes in the venue’s indoor setting or the incredible vistas in the outdoor area. The menu includes Seared Tuna Sandwich with Sesame Slaw, and Pulled Beef White Onion Marmalade Sandwich, alongside desserts prepared with flair, such as the Sharing is Caring, featuring chocolate sponge, cherry confit, white chocolate mousse, dark chocolate mousse, cherry glaze, amarena cherry, and Mon Amour, made from pistachio moelleux, raspberry confit, pistachio cremeux, fresh raspberry and raspberry gel.
While you wash down all these taste sensations with a selection of speciality teas and coffees or savour the special Sparkling Berry Spritzer, the soothing sounds from a live pianist will complement your afternoon, making for a truly memorable affair.
