WWE made its triumphant return to Saudi Arabia on Saturday, with Hall of Fame Icons and current WWE Champions providing fans with a historic evening of sensational action in Riyadh.
An electrifying opening from fan favourite Sami Zayn saw the Mohammed Abdo Arena come to life, with Zayn producing a high-flying performance to defeat JD McDonagh in the kickoff contest.
In a matchup of opposites, Logan Paul became the United States Champion, defeating WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio in controversial fashion. The Social Media Superstar pulled out all the stops before landing a knockout punch on Mysterio to take the championship on Saturday evening, earning the first WWE title of his career as a result.

The thrilling return of WWE Icon John Cena saw an incredible matchup with Solo Sikoa, with the 16-time WWE World Champion making his first appearance in Saudi Arabia since 2018. In a battling effort, the Hollywood star was defeated, with WWE fans inside the Mohammed Abdo Arena giving Cena a standing ovation for his valiant performance in Riyadh.
IYO SKY successfully defended her WWE Women’s Championship despite all signs pointing to a return to glory for Bianca Belair. The Japanese star held off Belair’s relentless offense to maintain her championship status, as the Women’s Division continues to see new faces emerge at the top.
Later, American sensation Cody Rhodes, a fan favourite amongst international WWE audiences, used the support of the crowd inside the Mohammed Abdo Arena to take down Damian Priest in a high-flying battle filled with memorable moments.
In the evening’s final encounter, Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns maintained his hold on his coveted title, defeating challenger LA Knight to extend his time as the sport’s most dominant champion to more than 1,160 days.
