Aljabr Trading Co gained the Excellence Award in Customer Service among Private Sector Companies

Aljabr Trading Company received the Award for Excellence in Customer Experience among Private Sector Companies, presented by the Customer Experience Forum, organized by the branch of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the Eastern Province represented by the Labor Office in Al-Khobar Governorate. The selection of Aljabr Trading Company to receive the award came in exchange for its excellence in creating a rich and unique experience for its customers by providing them with the best services and developing these services; with the aim of building a sustainable relationship with customers. This award is another confirmation of the company’s excellence, which also received earlier this year the Excellence Award in Consumer Protection presented by the Saudi Consumer Protection Association as the first company in the private sector in the Kingdom to receive it.

On this occasion, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aljabr Trading Company Mr. Abdulsalam Aljabr, said: “We are very proud of the awards and honors we received for our excellence in serving our customers. This gives us a positive indication of the success of our strategy in serving customers and providing them with the best services, especially in after-sales services, which we pay the largest share of attention to and our development plans because we consider them to be the basis of our sustainable relationship with our valued customers.”

Mr. Aljabr concluded by saying: “Reaching this distinguished position among private sector companies in the quality of the customer’s service doubles the responsibility of all officials in the company to continue in the same way, and work on the continuous development so that the company always meets the expectations of its customers.”
