Under the guidance of Mandara Spa’s highly trained therapists, attendees will be introduced to various massage techniques that can be easily adapted and applied at home. The one-to-one guided lessons ensure personalised attention, allowing participants to master the skills required to provide a rejuvenating massage experience to their partners.
Also included in the class are sessions on Guided Breathing and Meditation, creating a sense of calm and centeredness. Each person will have the opportunity to receive a massage from their partner, deepening their bond and understanding of each other’s needs. To top off the experience and as a special memento of the experience, attendees will be presented with a Certificate of Completion along with a workshop manual to reference at home.
