Gamers8: The Land of Heroes, the world’s biggest gaming and esports festival, today unveiled an electrifying lineup of global music stars for the festival’s August concert series.

International favorites such as Iggy Azalea, Tyga, Ava Max, Steve Angello, DJ Snake, and Steve Aoki will be joined by regional and local heroes like Cheb Khaled, Sherine, Ahmed Saad, and Myriam Fares in an incredible month of live music.

Organized by the Saudi Esports Federation, Gamers8 continues its star-studded live performances every Friday night in July at the Mohammed Abdu Arena at Boulevard Riyadh City by featuring more incredible artists in August.

August headliners at Gamers8: The Land of Heroes

Saudi Arabian music fans are relishing the prospect of welcoming ‘Fancy’ and ‘Black Widow’ songstress Iggy Azalea to the Kingdom for her debut, while ‘Sweet but Psycho’ star Ava Max is an excellent Gamers8: The Land of Heroes announcement. So is Steve Angello, one third of dance supergroup Swedish House Mafia, who will provide an epic set to close Friday August 11, while the week after Tyga, the ’Rack City’ star, is primed to delight rap lovers. DJ Snake, the French music producer behind ‘Let Me Love You’ with Justin Bieber, returns to Gamers8 after starring last summer. Steve Aoki, the mastermind behind ‘Just Hold On’ with Louis Tomlinson and the ultra-catchy remix of Kid Cudi’s ‘Pursuit of Happiness’, will be another August crowd pleaser in a month that promises a galaxy of crowd pleasers.

The international artists are boosted by a sensational lineup of regional favorites such as ‘C’est la vie’ hero Cheb Khaled from Algeria, Egyptian singer Ahmed Saad, compatriot Sherine, and Lebanese entertainer Myriam Fares.

August’s lineup bolsters the roster of music stars performing live at Mohammed Abdu Arena at Boulevard Riyadh City in July. Rabeh Saqer, Macklemore, R3HAB, Metro Boomin, Afrojack, and Imagine Dragons are just some of the big names delighting packed-out crowds.

Gamers8: The Land of Heroes recap

Running for eight weeks from July 6, Gamers8: The Land of Heroes hosts 15 elite esports tournaments from 12 top titles, as well as delighting millions of visitors with live concerts, entertainment zones, and a raft of family-friendly activities.

Gamers8: The Land of Heroes concludes with the Next World Forum, a gaming and esports forum held at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Center on August 30-31, which brings together sector leaders and experts from around the world.
