Modesh World, the indoor entertainment park that brings joy and delight to the city every summer, is set to reopen its doors on 26 June and will then run right the way through until 27 August.
With 63 fun-packed days of entertainment and learning-through-fun, Modesh World is set to welcome an incredible 200,000 visitors this summer providing families and kids with a host of ways to stay happy and engaged during the school holidays – as it has done every year since it opened back in 2000. Coming back even bigger and better than its previous years, Modesh World 2023 has over 350 attractions spread across 30,000 sqm.
Inspired by the lagoons where Modesh and Dana stay, this is a free-entry, family-friendly experience where kids and parents can interact with everyone’s favourite Dubai characters. This year’s edition of Modesh World – which takes place in the Dubai World Trade Centre in Halls 3 to 8 – welcomes young and old alike to experience a world of adventure from 10am to 10pm Monday to Thursday, and 10am to 12am Friday to Sunday.
In keeping with Modesh’s friendly message – ‘My World, Your Adventure,’ this season there is more excitement on offer than ever, with Modesh World celebrating all the seasons of the year, and hosting live shows, thrilling rides, informative workshops, challenging tournaments and so much more.
SUSTAINABILITY AND GREENER FUTURES
In keeping with the UAE’s Year of Sustainability and themed “Today for Tomorrow,” Modesh World will present initiatives and activities reflecting the UAE’s strong commitment to sustainability and drawing inspiration from the legacy of the founder of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
This year, 80 percent of the build in Modesh World 2023 uses reused and refurbished items. Modesh World will also go cashless, aligning with the Dubai Digital Initiative. Visitors to Modesh World are also encouraged to recycle their cashless NFC cards by leaving them at the exit.
All vendors will be taking a greener approach this year, using sustainable goods such as cloth bags, recyclable cutlery and paper rather than plastic, to promote a more sustainably conscious environment. Fun and educational stage shows will also emphasise the importance of caring for our city and our planet, and help introduce more sustainable ways of living for the whole audience.
CULINARY DELIGHTS
With over 20 delectable gastronomy options at Modesh World, everyone can treat their taste buds to a delicious range of dishes and cuisines, and even get the chance to dine with Modesh and Dana themselves.
