Automotive Distribution and Marketing Company hosted a special event in Jeddah to celebrate the rising success of the Tank 500 in the presence of His Excellency the Chinese Consul General in Jeddah, Mr. Wang Qimin, Mr. Faisal Al-Quraishi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Automotive Distribution & Marketing Co. Ltd, and many attendees from the automotive industry & media. The Saudi market first viewed the Tank 500 back in July 2022 and since then the attention and demand for the Tank 500 rose dramatically.
Tank 500 vehicle is a full-size luxury SUV produced by Great Wall Motor. It is the newest addition to the Tank brand in Saudi Arabia alongside the Tank 300. It is a body on frame vehicle, having a center and rear lockable differential gear, a heavy and light duty double, and amazing off-road capabilities, besides the car is equipped with a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged six-cylinder engine with, 4WD, as well as the engine is coupled with a 9-speed automatic transmission. In terms of the interior, the vehicle is equipped with a large 14.6-inch information and entertainment touch screen and a 12.3-inch LCD gauges screen, natural Nappa leather seats with cooling system for the front and second row seats, 12-speaker sound system and 256 colors ambient lighting.
